Forming Difficulty Evaluation for Curved Hull Plates Based on Grey Relational Analysis

To solve the problem that lack of reference for hull plate division leads to difficulty and low efficiency curved forming, forming evaluation complex plates is researched. Considering characteristics in process, model based on grey relational analysis established. The process designed. influence law parameters are revealed. weight coefficients different influencing factors quantified. Taking real a container ship as an example, results calculated model. rationality verified by comparing time data. research can provide reasonable reduce plates.
